Abstract

We describe a case of an acute heart transplant rejection treated with triple immunosuppression and plasmapheresis, resulting in evidence of improved clinical manifestation and hemodynamics. This case suggests that plasmapheresis may be useful in
the
treatment of possible acute humoral(vascular) rejection in heart transplantation.
